Ow! I thi...I just started reading your blog this week. I think you have some real insight into humanity and because of that will make a good doctor. Compassion is lacking in healthcare. I'm a Respiratory Therapist and worked at an urban city hospital for 5 years where 9 out of 10 people had no insurance. It really formed me as a person. I really enjoy what you have to say, especially about the elderly. I'm a hospice volunteer and often just end up making friends with elderly people in nursing homes. It is such a shame how our society "throws away" the elderly....we are all on the same path to that!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
